Developers: Say hello to our new site!

We recently announced the Pinterest Developers Platform, a suite of APIs for building integrations and apps that help people do more with their Pins online and off. Now, to help developers create the best experiences  possible, we’ve given our developers site a facelift.

On our new site you’ll find docs, downloads and tools—you can even use the site to submit your  ideas. (Before submitting, just make sure you’ve read all the guidelines and policies we’ve added to the site.)

Need inspiration? Check out the first round of Pinterest integrations:

IFTTT: If you use IFTTT, starting today you can connect your Pinterest account to hundreds of products and devices through the Pinterest Channel. Logging in with Pinterest lets you automatically save any photo you like on Instagram as a Pin. It also works with actions in other apps, like Reddit upvotes, Etsy favorites or any other Pinterest “Recipe” that’s created on IFTTT.

Polyvore: You can also seamlessly save your Polyvore sets to Pinterest. Any fashion, beauty and home decor collections and sets you make can be saved as Pins, right from your iPhone, iPad or desktop.

Pinners can remove access at any time by going to the Apps section of their Pinterest settings.

We’re just getting started—if you’ve already sent us an idea and you haven’t heard from us yet, you’ll be hearing from us soon. We’ve gotten tons of great submissions so far, and we’re looking forward to working with the developer community in the coming months!
